BA111OD returns to fundamentals with a new seven-piece collection that quietly reasserts what the brand does best: clean design, reliable Swiss mechanics, and accessible pricing. Split between four three-hand models and three moonphase references, the lineup channels a refined neo-vintage aesthetic, drawing from mid-century codes without falling into nostalgia. At 41mm, the 316L steel case hits a sweet spot, paired with a concave bezel, rounded lugs, and the brand’s now-signature 4 o’clock crown. There’s a display caseback, sapphire crystal with double anti-reflective coating, and inside, Soprod automatic movements keep things running smoothly.
This isn’t a retro reissue. It’s a deliberate step forward, an effort to offer Swiss Made watchmaking that feels grounded, wearable, and honest. The sandblasted dials come in white, black, grey, or sand, with applied indices and Super-LumiNova-coated hands offering crisp contrast. The three-hand models offer hours, minutes, and small seconds with minimal fuss, while the moonphase variants add a poetic complication and a date window within a classically laid-out dial. All models are water-resistant to 5 ATM and come with interchangeable straps in either leather or Milanese mesh.
Assembled entirely in-house at BA111OD’s Neuchâtel workshop on Place des Halles, the collection reflects a close-knit process between design and production. “We wanted to create something simple, elegant, and well-crafted, without inflating the price,” says founder Thomas Baillod. Mission accomplished. Starting at CHF 595, this is Swiss Made stripped back to what matters most, made for everyday wear with quiet confidence.
