The Benrus Type 2 MIL SPEC marks the triumphant return of a true military legend. Originally commissioned in 1972 under the MIL-W-50717 specification for U.S. Navy SEALs, UDT teams, and other elite operatives, the Type 2 was born from the uncompromising demands of special operations. Built alongside the iconic Type 1, it earned its reputation as a no-nonsense field instrument, rugged, precise, and utterly dependable in the world’s harshest environments.

Reintroduced for 2025, the new Type 2 MIL SPEC remains fiercely loyal to its military roots while benefiting from modern Swiss craftsmanship. Its 39.5 mm sandblasted stainless-steel case, double-domed sapphire crystal, and BW G9 Super-LumiNova ensure mission-ready clarity and endurance. A bi-directional bezel and 36.5 ATM water resistance make it equally capable above or below the surface, true to its utilitarian origins.

Shipping

Your Benrus order is shipped free of charge with DHL or FedEx. Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive an order confirmation. Your Benrus watch will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days after that. Please note that the delivery period for when you receive your order can vary. In such cases, we will proactively update you on your order status as soon as possible.

Except in Switzerland, all Benrus timepieces are shipped via DAP service, meaning the purchase price does not include customs duties and VAT. In the USA timepieces are shipped without sales tax. To confirm the delivery of your Benrus watch, an adult signature is required. Please note that international shipments may also be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Returns

If you’re not thoroughly satisfied with your order, you can return Benrus products purchased on The Watch Pages within 14 days of the delivery date. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

Please note that Benrus products must be in original, unused condition with all tags, stickers, accessories, and documentation intact, including the original Benrus and delivery package. Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of wear or has been altered. Please note that only the value of the goods will be refunded and that we cannot refund any bank charges or currency conversion fees.
