At WatchTime New York, Bianchet introduced the UltraFino Gold Edition, a warm, golden take on its ultra-thin tourbillon. The case is in 18K rose gold, its curves and edges echoing the architectural geometry that’s become a Bianchet signature. Inside beats the automatic Calibre UT01, a movement that’s just 3.85 mm thick, built from titanium, and finished in deep black PVD for contrast and drama.

The watch comes in two versions: one with a full gold integrated bracelet, and another on a black rubber strap with a gold pin buckle. The effect? Either pure refinement or modern sportiness, both equally convincing. Despite its slim profile, the UT01 is no fragile flower: it can withstand shocks of up to 5000 Gs and weighs only 8 grams. Every detail is hand-finished, from polished bevels to satin-brushed bridges.

The dial’s gold hands and markers pop against the dark movement, while the 18K gold rotor, shaped into twelve interlacing Fibonacci spirals, brings Bianchet’s fascination with the Golden Ratio full circle. Water-resistant to 50 meters, the UltraFino Gold Edition feels less like a showpiece and more like a statement , elegant, technical, and built to be worn every day.
