The Arsenale Platino by Venezianico is a tribute to Venice’s industrial past and the enduring elegance of platinum. Inspired by the legacy of the Venetian Arsenal, the world’s first major industrial shipyar, the watch channels that creative energy into a sleek and refined timepiece. Its textured dial, created by Venetian artisans through a combination of soleil finishing and platinum galvanic treatment, makes every piece unique. The dial’s organic surface is complemented by a 316L steel case featuring both satin and polished finishes.
Platinum, prized for its rarity and resilience, mirrors the eternal spirit of Venice. More stable and durable than gold, it resists fading and oxidation, making it a fitting symbol for a watch designed to defy time. With its origins traced back to South America and its first European documentation in Venice in 1557, platinum comes full circle in the Arsenale Platino. The watch is housed in a 40 mm steel case, just 9.95 mm thick, paired with the ergonomic Canova Concept™ bracelet. The interplay of brushed and polished surfaces, the knurled bezel echoing Venetian architecture, and the luminous Dauphine hands all contribute to a dynamic, sophisticated presence on the wrist.
At its core, the Swiss Made automatic V3250 caliber, based on the Soprod M100, ensures mechanical excellence. Visible through a sapphire caseback, it is assembled and adjusted with precision at the San Donà di Piave Atelier by Daniele Zorzetto.
